Amy Williams is a small boutique that opened in November 2005, and it took me this long to get a Facebook page! We carry classic women’s clothing and accessories—with a twist.
The inspiration for the store came from my mom, my grandmother, and my aunt. I remember our shopping trips from my childhood, when I couldn’t wait to be old enough for us to all shop in the same stores together.
I wanted to create a store that three generations of women could enjoy together. So I have carefully chosen lines that will not go out of style: Alexis Bittar, Lilly Pulitzer, Christopher Fischer, and Saint James are a few examples. These lines are classic yet fun and work for all ages.
Customers often say to me, “I don’t need anything.” I say back to them, “There is nothing in my store that anyone needs.” My store is strictly here for enjoyment. I sell clothes to make people look and feel happy! Just have fun and enjoy!
